18-month-old boy found in Winter Garden retention pond dies, police say

“The neighbor, she came, she was inquiring if we noticed a child, and we told her ‘No,’” reported Donna Hernandez, a neighbor who helped look for for the boy. “And I walked all around. I walked to just one of our trailers, and I seen the little one floating in the h2o. I screamed to my partner. He came working and grabbed the child out although I identified as 911.”
