A calendar year soon after shelling out $8 million for a holiday house on the Hawaii island of Kauai, the guitarist has closed on a much larger home close by for $20.5 million, according to sources common with the offer.
Located in Princeville, an enclave on Kauai’s North Shore, the contemporary home spans about 8,200 sq. ft with an expansive lanai, in accordance to the listing from Ben Welborn and Neal Norman of Hawai’i Life. The gated residence, which also has an infinity pool and sights of Hanalei Bay, was detailed for $27.75 million in October, in accordance to Zillow.
The property is found about 4 miles from the lesser house Mr. Santana ordered previous year. That approximately 4,000-sq.-foot property is now hitting the industry for $12.9 million, reported Mr. Norman, the listing agent, who also represented Mr. Santana in his order of the larger sized property. Set on all over 3 acres, the scaled-down residence has 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths and about 1,500 square feet of outside place, together with a pool.
Mr. Santana’s main dwelling is in Las Vegas, but he likes to escape to Hawaii when feasible, reported Michael Vrionis, the musician’s manager and brother-in-law. “He enjoys to holiday there,” Mr. Vrionis reported. “When you travel all the time, you’re on tour all the time, I believe he likes the serenity of Kauai.”
