JOHNSTOWN — The city will keep upcoming citywide garage sale and clean up up activities this month.

The Citywide Garage Sale will consider put from Oct. 9-11

A Citywide Drop Off Clear Up — sponsored by the Fulton County Section of Solid Squander and the city of Johnstown — will also operate for three days. It will be done Oct. 15 and 16, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Oct. 17, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The cleanup system will be executed at the Prindle Avenue Barn, driving the Johnstown Senior Citizens Middle. City officials stated the plan is for town citizens/home owners only. No contractors or dump trucks will be permitted.

Only cars and trucks, vans and pickup vans will be allowed. Quantities for every unique will be restricted to the equal of two pickup truck loads.

No fees will billed for disposal of household furniture, appliances, home improvement undertaking supplies and miscellaneous junk. Bulk metals and electronics will be recycled and need to be separated from rubbish.

No paint, motor oil, curbside recyclables or regular weekly trash will be allowed.

Tires — a limit of 4 per domestic – will be approved at no cost. They have to be off the rim.
