Planners talk new Pep Boys, Lowe’s enlargement in Spring Hill

Pep Boys is proposing a new Spring Hill facility on Main Street south of Spring Hill Circle and north of Wilkes Court. Its site plan is currently under review by the Spring Hill Planning Commission.

Drivers could have a new spot to go for repairs, tires and other auto needs with a request to establish Spring Hill’s 1st Pep Boys automobile shop.

Pep Boys’ proposed web-site prepare at the moment sits ahead of the Spring Hill Municipal Preparing Fee, who will vote on the product throughout its July normal conference.

In accordance to the town of Spring Hill setting up report, the setting up would entrance on to Major Avenue and is located south of Spring Hill Circle and just north of Wilkes Courtroom. It would also share accessibility with the close by Tanyard Springs subdivision.

‘Tone down’ the purple

Spring Hill Preparing Director Calvin Abram stated the site program fulfills almost all of the city’s Unified Growth Code requirements and approval expectations. A single challenge Abram suggested, on the other hand, was to “tone down” the purple coloring of the building’s frontage.
