James “Jimmy” R. Ray, 94, of Cleveland, passed absent on Sunday, February 7, 2021, in a regional health care facility.

He was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII and the Korean War, earning quite a few decorations and the rank of Sergeant. Throughout his tour in the Korean War, he was honored to escort 26 soldiers household to their family members to be buried in the course of the nation.
