Wooster builders glance to provide far more cost-effective housing to town

WOOSTER — A team of local community-minded people today are on the lookout to make a change in the metropolis by bringing economical housing to the location.

Chad Boreman, Justin Starlin and Tom White, along with several silent associates, would reach the objective by investing in dilapidated residences and vacant heaps. Investors are testing the design by developing a solitary residence in the 500 block of Larwill Street to see how the housing market responds.

The enhancement group is not anticipating the program, in the early levels, to be a successful undertaking, Boreman claimed.

“It’s far more of an experiment to see what can we do and how will this impact the community,” he explained.
